If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order and request a refund, please note that we can only issue a refund if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will do our best to cancel the order and refund your money.

We do not offer full refunds for returned items unless there are defects in the products. If you receive a defective item, please inform us within one week of receiving it. We will be happy to assist you in finding a resolution for the issue.

Exchanges are only available for items that are different in size, color, or design than what was originally ordered. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to send the product back to our warehouse. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you the new item with the desired size, color, or design. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability, and we do not offer exchanges for items that are sold out or out of stock.
